Twitterati Are Trolling ICC For Writing SA Instead Of SL In India Vs Sri Lanka Series Tweet

2020 has started on a high note for the Indian cricket team. The Virat Kohli led team India recently defeated Sri Lanka by 2-0 in the just-concluded three-match T20I series. Though the first match was called off because of rain without a ball being bowled. However, the Indian cricket team dominated the series in the other two games and won the series easily.

In the third and final match against Sri Lanka, the Indian cricket team defeated Sri Lanka by 78 runs. Before the match started, Virat Kohli chose to bat first. India put up a total of 201 runs on the board. The Sri Lankan cricket team failed to chase the target miserably as they could only score 123 runs.

As soon as the Indian cricket team won the match, Twitter was flooded with tweets and posts regarding the match. The International Cricket Council (ICC) also made a tweet regarding the India-Sri Lanka series.

However, in their tweet, they made a typing mistake and wrote ‘SA’ instead of ‘SL’ while writing ‘IndvsSL’. Sharing two pictures from the match, ICC wrote:

If you know the struggle….#INDvSA”.
