Well, according to the latest review of countries by the World Happiness Index, India is not as happy as we all think it is.


India has been ranked at 133 out of the total 156 countries of the world, which were included in the review. If you think it is very low, then we should tell you, that India has dropped down from the rank of 122 of last year to 133 this year.


You will be more surprised to know that India’s neighboring countries like Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and even Pakistan are way ahead of India in terms of being happy.

Nepal is at the rank of 101, Bhutan at 97, Bangladesh at 115, Sri Lanka at 116 and Pakistan at 75.
