Media Said Mallika Sherawat Was ‘Kicked” Out Her House. This Is How She Reacted On Twitter

Last evening, news broke that Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat was kicked out from her apartment in Paris. One of world’s leading media companies, BCC reported that Mallika and her French boyfriend Cyrille Auxenfans were to pay 80,000 euros in rent for the apartment that the two live in, in the French capital.

Mallika Sherawat made a massive entry to Bollywood after her bold performance in Murder, alongside Emran Hashmi. Mallika surprised the orthodox audience with her bold avatar and skin show, and also good acting.

But, sadly, Murder is the only big hit of her Bollywood career, so far. Mallika Sherawat moved to away from India some five years ago and has been living and working there. Her last noticeable appearance in Bollywood was when she did the famous item number ‘Razia Gundon Mein Phas Gayi’ in the movie Thank You.

Coming back to the news of Mallika getting thrown out of her Paris apartment, it was reported that Mallika Sherawat and her French fiancée Cyrille Auxenfans were in a tiff with their landlord and they haven’t paid him the rent for the flat.

The dues, as per reports, were nearly €80,000 i.e more than ₹60 lakh. The couple couldn’t afford the rent for the posh flat which is 350 sq. meter on the 16th Arrondissement.

But, today, Mallika took to Twitter and denied all such reports.

“Some in the media think I hv an apartment in Paris !! It’s absolutely Not True , if someone has donated one to me, pls send me the address :),” Mallika Sherawat tweeted.

As per report published on, Mallika Sherawat’s lawyer was quoted as saying that the couple did not pay rent to “show their annoyance” after they were tear-gassed and beaten up by three masked men in their Paris apartment block in November 2016.

However, their landlord’s lawyer, Olivier Mayrand told Francetvinfo that the couple could easily afford to pay the rent.
