Virat Kohli is known for his ability to hit the ball out of the park and also for throwing himself around while fielding. His fitness has been impeccable to say the least and it is evident from the gym sessions that he regularly puts on the social media. This question was once again put forward by the Prime Minister himself during an interaction between Narendra Modi and the Indian cricket team captain, where Modiji asked Virat whether he ever gets tired or not.
In reply to the question, Virat said that fitness has been the “mantra” to his success over the years. He said that he is now so much addicted to his passion for keeping himself fit that he feels terribly bad if he misses even one practice session. He also focussed on the importance of good habits and why it is necessary to emphasize the various aspects of fitness for people of all ages.

The dialogue between the two leaders of the country took place during the first anniversary of the “Fit India” movement. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been interacting with fitness influencers and ace sportsmen from all over the nation, Virat Kohli being one of them. Kohli is certainly one of the fittest cricketers not only in India but also in the international circuit, which has made him a fitness icon who is followed by most of the young generation on social media platforms.
