Sonam Kapoor Gives An Open Reply To People Who Troll Her On Social Media

Ever since the tragic death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, fans have taken it upon their shoulders to get the actor to receive justice. Several star Kids and Bollywood biggies have been receiving hateful messages from SSR’s fans, who believe he was a victim of nepotism.

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, who is one of the many star kids who are getting slammed on social media lately, recently opened up about the online hate she has been receiving.

Recently, in an interview, Sonam Kapoor opened up about how her the last three or four months have been very difficult for her. She revealed:

“I had some stressful times in the last three or four months, mentally. There is a lot of stuff that happens on social media, there is a lot of hate and talk of a lot of things. It put me in a very low and negative space. But now I am much better.”

Sonam Kapoor, just like many other celebrities has switched off her comments section on social media in order to filter out some of the trolling. Talking about the same, Sonam said:

“Yes I’ve switched off my comment section and my parents comment section because I don’t want my 64 year old parents to go through this. They did nothing to deserve this. And I’m not doing it out of fear you morons I’m doing it out of common sense to preserve my mental health and my parents,”

Recently, Sonam Kapoor had also shown her support to the veteran actress JAya Bachchan after her recent ‘Thali mei cheddh’ speech in the parliament. Praising her, Sonam wrote:

“I want to be her when I grow up…,”
