Virat Kohli Beats Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh To Top The Brand Evaluation List


The Indian captain Virat Kohli is one of the most loved and followed celebrities of India. He is a modern-day idol for many youngsters, who has innumerable records to his name in the game of cricket. His fame and popularity can be tested by the list of his brand endorsements, which is currently the highest among various celebrities in the country.

The Indian skipper is one of the most sought out faces for brand endorsement in the country. He is the face of many leading brands. Recently in a study conducted by a global advisory firm, Duff and Phelps, Virat Kohli topped the list of brand evaluations for the third consecutive year. This time for the period of 2018=2019. his brand evaluation has increased by an impressive 39 percent to $237.5 million.

The study titled Celebrity Brand Valuation Study 2019: “New is Gold.”,  provides a ranking list of India’s top-most celebrities based on brand values, where the Indian skipper was way ahead of many Bollywood celebrities including Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Shah Rukh Khan.

In the list, where Virat Kohli is leading, Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar was second on the list with a brand value of $104.5 million, at a growth of 55.3 percent. Akshay Kumar was followed by Bollywood couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who were at the third position in the list with a brand value of $93.5 million each.


Deepika Padukone became the most valuable female star for the third consecutive time whereas Ranveer Singh moved up a spot to occupy the third position in the list. Here, check out the list of top names with highest brand evaluation:
