Rohit Sharma took to his social media and dedicated his post to India’s young talent, who took the series by storm with their amazing performances, despite the absence of superstars like Virat Kohli and KL Rahul.
For the unversed, as many as five players got the chance to represent team India for the first time, including — Rajat Patidar, Dhruv Jurel, Sarfaraz Khan, Akash Deep and Devdutt Padikkal. Rohit led the gang of young guns and won the series like a pro.
Sharing a picture with the young superstars, Rohit took to his social media and shared a picture with them. He wrote: “Garden mein ghoomne wale bande.”

Notably, the “garden mein ghoomne wale bande” remark refers to Rohit Sharma’s comments which he made during the Vizag Test. Not impressed with the ‘lazy’ fielding of the youngsters, Rohit was heard saying in the stump mic: “Koi bhi garden mein ghumega, maa c*** dunga sabki.”
