Recently, Twitter Owner Elon Musk put on a poll on Twitter and asked if he should step down from the position of the micro-blogging site’s CEO. And surprisingly, 57 percent of voters (approximately 10 million) voted in favor of Musk getting down from the top rank of the company.
Elon Musk took over Twitter just eight weeks ago and a lot of people are not happy with his work as CEO.

Before adding the poll Elon also swore that he would “abide” by the results. He also declared that once the verdict was out, he would resign as the CEO of Twitter until he finds a suitable replacement.
Musk taking over the social media giant gave rise to numerous controversies with massive layoffs, the return of banned accounts, and also the suspension of journalists who criticized him.
As the poll suggested, the majority wanted him to step down from the position of Twitter CEO.

The 24-year-old YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson aka MrBeast who is recognized as the “World’s most famous YouTuber” expressed his desire to be the next Twitter CEO and Elon Musk Replied

In case you don’t know, “MrBeast” is one of the highest-earning YouTubers in the world. He has 122 million subscribers on YouTube and over 16 million followers on Twitter.
Before acquiring Twitter, the Tesla, and SpaceX chief, expressed his desire to become a full-time influencer by resigning from his job in December 2021 MrBeast responded to the same and said that he would “coach” Musk on “how to get YouTube views”.
Musk has also faced backlash for neglecting his other ventures, especially his car company Tesla, which has seen its share price decline since he took over Twitter.
Though Musk is looking for a new CEO, the chosen one will have to live in the shadow of the billionaire. Elon Musk believes that his leadership saved Twitter.
