Shortly after reports emerged about Kangana Ranaut being slapped by a female CISF constable at Mohali International Airport, the actor and BJP MP shared a video on her Instagram stories to discuss the incident. In the video, Kangana reassured her fans and well-wishers of her safety while accusing the CISF officer of hitting and abusing her during the security check.
“I have been receiving numerous calls from my well-wishers and the media. First of all, I am safe and completely fine. Today, at Chandigarh airport, during the security check, a woman CISF officer waited for me to pass by and then hit me on the side of my face. She began abusing me. When I asked her why she did this, she mentioned supporting the farmers’ protest. I am safe, but my concern is about the growing terrorism in Punjab; how do we handle that?”
