In response to the recent incident involving Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut and a CISF officer at the Chandigarh airport, former Chief Minister of Haryana, Manohar Lal Khattar, has expressed his sentiments. Khattar deemed the altercation “unfortunate” and stressed the importance of security personnel refraining from involvement in matters related to public sentiment.

Manohar Lal Khattar emphasized that the primary responsibility of security agencies is to ensure the safety and security of individuals.
He stated, “It is an unfortunate incident. The job of security agencies is to provide security. They should not have anything to do with subjects of people sentiments.”
