The altercation escalated into reality, leaving Thakur gravely injured and prompting legal action against Elvish Yadav.

The incident has been extensively documented on social media platforms and through video footage. In a video released at 2 a.m. on Friday, Thakur alleged that Elvish Yadav not only physically assaulted him but also issued death threats. Elvish Yadav has been charged with assault and making threats of violence.
The viral footage depicts Elvish Yadav and his companions approaching Maxtern before violently attacking him at a garment shop, with some bystanders attempting to intervene.

In the FIR filed, Thakur claimed that Elvish Yadav attempted to inflict severe harm, allegedly aiming to render him physically disabled.

The situation spiraled out of control from a planned meeting to a physical altercation, with Yadav and his purportedly intoxicated associates resorting to violence and verbal abuse.
Thakur, primarily recognized for his gaming content, asserted that fan pages associated with Elvish Yadav had been perpetuating hate and propaganda, causing distress. Earlier, Thakur had shared screenshots of messages from Elvish Yadav regarding the planned meeting on his social media, documenting the events leading up to the physical altercation. Elvish Yadav is already entangled in legal issues concerning the snake venom-rave party case, where he stands accused of involvement in the supply and usage of snake venom.
Amidst the controversies, reports emerged of Elvish’s close friend and fellow Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestant, Manisha Rani, unfollowing him on Instagram. Additionally, allegations of Elvish Yadav threatening to harm an individual for Munawar Faruqui have surfaced, adding further layers to the ongoing controversy.
