Recently, the social media sensation and south Indian actress, who is dealing with a medical condition called Myositis, made a public appearance to promote her upcoming movie Shaakuntalam.
In case you don’t know, she is undergoing treatment and still, the actress kept a brave face and attended the trailer launch event with charisma.
However, a verified Twitter handle posted pictures of Samantha from the event with the caption,
”Feeling sad for Samantha. She lost all her charm and glow. When everyone thought she came out of divorce strongly and her professional life is seeing heights, myositis hit her badly, making her weak again,”

This caught actress’s attention and she replied,

Actor Varun Dhawan also backed Samantha as he hit back at the Twitter user for making an insensitive remark. He tweeted,
