The photograph capturing a candid moment between Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol was taken at the screening of Zoya Akhtar’s film “The Archies,” where Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s daughter Suhana made her Bollywood debut. Netflix India shared glimpses from the event.
The adorable photo instantly became the talk of the town and in a recent #AskSRK session a fan asked SRK about the picture and what was the joke? SRK responded to it and his reply instantly went viral.
“What’s The Joke?” a fan inquired from Shah Rukh Khan regarding a viral picture featuring him and Kajol.

“I was telling her I am home admiring Christmas. Don’t forget to send my gifts! She always does but I wanted some expensive one this year.”

Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, renowned for their roles in blockbuster films like “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge,” “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai,” and “Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham,” have also collaborated in “Dilwale.” Kajol made cameo appearances in Shah Rukh Khan’s films such as “Om Shanti Om” and “Zero.”
In terms of professional achievements, Shah Rukh Khan had a remarkable year, marked by the success of “Pathaan” alongside Deepika Padukone and John Abraham and the hit film “Jawan” with Nayanthara, Sanya Malhotra, and Vijay Sethupathi. He is set to feature in Rajkumar Hirani’s “Dunki” alongside Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and Boman Irani, scheduled for release on December 21.
Meanwhile, Kajol had a busy professional year, starring in the web series “The Trial” and the Netflix anthology film “Lust Stories 2.” She also appeared in “Salaam Venky” with Vishal Jethwa and Aamir Khan in a cameo role.
