The film has recently created a buzz with a trailer launch event in Mumbai, where Baahubali star Rana Daggubati, invited as a special guest, stole the limelight in a viral paparazzi video.
The video showcases Rana’s humble gesture as he respectfully removes his shoes before posing in front of the HanuMan poster, earning praise from social media users for upholding cultural values.
The footage captures the moment as Rana Daggubati, accompanied by Teja and the film’s team, enters the venue.
Prior to posing for the paparazzi in front of the movie’s poster, Rana takes a moment to ceremoniously remove his shoes and set them aside. While striking poses for the photographers, Rana’s attention shifts to the ‘gada’ (Hanuman’s weapon) placed before the poster, humorously remarking, “I had one like this too,” in reference to his iconic character Bhallaladev from Baahubali.

Days leading up to the film’s release, the HanuMan team engaged in last-minute promotional activities across various cities, including Hyderabad and Mumbai.
At the Mumbai event, Teja Sajja commended Rana Daggubati, revealing that the Baahubali star readily agreed to be the chief guest after a single request. Teja expressed, “I called Rana anna once to tell him about our film, and Rana Anna said, ‘Teja, when are you traveling to Bombay? I’m here in Bombay whenever you’re coming. I’m just waiting for you to tell me the date; I will come.” Teja emphasized Rana’s support for quality cinema.
As per Sacnilk’s report, the superhero film has currently crossed the 40 Crore mark in box office collections, with expectations of continued success in the coming days.
Directed by Prasanath Varma, HanuMan is hailed as the inaugural chapter in the Prasanth Varma Cinematic Universe (PCVC). Set in the fictional village of Anjanadri, the movie features a stellar cast, including Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vinay Rai, Vennela Kishore, and others in pivotal roles.
