An individual from Pune took to X (formerly Twitter) to express dissatisfaction with a paneer biryani allegedly ordered from Zomato.
According to the complaint, the dish, ordered from Zomato, PK Biryani House in Karve Nagar, Pune, contained an unexpected chicken piece.
Despite securing a refund, the incident reportedly offended the individual’s vegetarian sentiments, garnering considerable attention online.

Zomato promptly addressed the complaint on X, asserting,
