Priyanka Chopra Jonas is one of those celebrities who stays in the headlines every day or another. She has now become the talk of the town as she walked the red carpet of the premiere of her latest romantic drama, Love Again in New York in a huge denim dress.
The ‘Citadel’ actress turned heads as she appeared in the avant-grade dress, however, the experience of walking in that dress wasn’t as delightful as it seemed to be. During her appearance on the talk show The View, Priyanka shared an incident of kindness that the paps showed her during the event.
Priyanka revealed that she fell down on the red carpet and was mortified, but the paparazzi refused to click any pictures or videos and in fact, reassured her that she was okay. The actress said that she thought it would make the news the next day, but was surprised when she couldn’t find the pictures or videos online.
She said,
“I haven’t talked about this because I try and look for this thing every day on social media. But, I was wearing really high heels in this dress for it to look as tall as it did and you know, the red carpet is full of press people, everyone is clicking pictures, fans. And, I fell on the carpet, on my shoes, I fell down all the way on my butt.”
She continued and narrated the story,
“I have never seen this happen in my 23 years of career, everyone put their cameras down and said ‘Don’t worry about it Pri, take your time’. I was mortified for a second, but when I saw people do that — they said, ‘You’re always so nice, we got this’ — I stood up. And till now, there is no clip of me falling.”
