As we all know, Shark Tank India has become a popular business television show, giving entrepreneurs across the country a chance to pitch their business ideas to a panel of investors aka Sharks. The show is widely known for its intense negotiations and pitches and hilarious banters between the Sharks, which add a fun element to the show.
In a recent episode, the CEO of LensKart, Peyush Bansal teased his co-Shark Aman Gupta, who is the co-founder of BoAt, creating a memorable and hilarious moment for the audience. During the pitch of a food brand, Wicked Gud, Aman backed out of the deal since he was already an investor in the company.
Peyush Bansal reacted to this by teasing Aman, asking, “Aap puchh rahe ho ya bata rahe ho.” Aman replied, “bata raha hu,” which further led to the light-hearted banter. Peyush continued to poke fun at Aman, asking if he had ever met the entrepreneurs behind Wicked Gud, to which Aman replied that he hadn’t.
Peyush’s comment, “Aur apne invest kiya hai,” caused fellow Sharks, including Anupam Mittal, Namita Thapar, and Vineeta Singh, to burst into laughter.
Aman took Peyush’s taunt in a good way and joked that he felt like making a joke himself, asking the pitcher to laugh along.
While Aman’s decision not to invest in Wicked Gud was due to different interests he did not miss the opportunity to taste the food. He requested the pitcher to serve him his food and Namita Thapar exclaimed, “ye janamo ka bhukaad hai.”
