Recently, India thrashed Australia for 177 runs on Thursday at the Vidarbha Cricket Association Stadium in Nagpur and undefeated 56 runs by Rohit Sharma made it possible. At the end of Day 1, India had 77 runs to their name and needed 101 runs more to beat Kangaroos.
After winning the toss and opting to bat first, Australia’s captain Pat Cummins’ choice backfired on to their team to the Indian team’s bowling effort led by Ravindra Jadeja.
India bowled out Australia for a very less score and credit goes to Jadeja’s five-wicket haul and Ravichandran Ashwin’s three wickets.
