In the upcoming episode of shark Tank, Duriya and Fatema Barodawala will be presenting their bakery business called Cakelicious. They brought in a variety of cakes for the Sharks to taste. And Who doesn’t like cake? The sharks certainly do as they tasted Cakelicious products and lauded the duo for their products.
Reportedly, the duo narrated their journey filled with pain and tragedy. Duriya and Fatema Barodawala revealed that they came out of a physically abusive relationship. The mother revealed that she had to take help from the police and her family to get a rescue flight to Kolkata while she was four months pregnant.

”I was physically and mentally disturbed,” the pitcher revealed.
However, she didn’t give up. She found solace in baking and found it therapeutic. The sharks felt proud of her journey and lauded them for braving a tragic past.

On the other hand, Namita Thapar scolded Peyush Bansal for devouring the cakes while being on a diet. Anupam Mittal was also surprised to find out that the cakes were glutton free.
Amit Jain makes an offer for Rs 15 lakh for 15% equity and Rs 10 lakh as debt interest free while Anupam advises them to increase the variety of their products. While Namita backs out of the deal, Amit revises his deal by offering Rs 25 lakh for 20% equity. The mother-daughter entrepreneurs accept the offer.
