Reports suggest that there is anticipation in the family of the late Punjabi singer, Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, famously known as Sidhu Moosewala, as his parents are reportedly expecting a new member.
According to information from family sources, Moosewala’s mother, Charan Kaur, is currently pregnant.
Although an official statement from the late singer’s parents is pending, sources close to the family have verified this news. It’s mentioned that his mother is 58 years old while his father is 60.
Tragically, Moosewala met his demise on May 29, 2022, when he was fatally shot by assailants in his car in Jawaharke village of Mansa district, Punjab. Despite his untimely death, his popularity endures, especially among the youth, and his musical legacy continues to thrive with posthumous releases garnering millions of views.

Since the unfortunate incident, Moosewala’s parents have been actively advocating for justice for their son. They prominently displayed a flag with the message “Justice for Sidhu Moosewala” in the music video for his final song. This song, true to his unique style, contained lyrics reflective of Moosewala’s identity.
Beginning his musical journey in 2017 with the track “G Wagon,” Moosewala swiftly ascended in the industry with a string of successful albums, earning admiration for hits like “Legend,” “So High,” and “The Last Ride.”
Despite Moosewala’s absence, his legacy lives on, and his parents continue to honor his memory while anticipating the arrival of a new family member.
