Both on and off screen, Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aaryan have always had wonderful chemistry. The two have worked together in two films, Luka Chuppi, and the recently released Shehzada. Despite Luka Chuppi’s economic and critical success, Shehzada failed to win over moviegoers. Kriti was irritated since a reporter had questioned her about Kartik at the recent Zee Cine Award 2023.
Kriti was chatting with the press as she walked down the red carpet when the event took place.
The actress was talking about her nomination for her performance in the 2022 film Bhediya when a reporter asked her,
“What do you like about Kartik the most?” The question caught Kriti off guard, and she appeared visibly miffed as she responded,
“Is this the platform to talk about that?”
Kriti has always been tight-lipped about her private life, preferring that people recognize her for her work rather than the people in her life. In light of Varun Dhawan’s joking references to her and Prabhas in Adipurush, she has also been associated with Prabhas.
She had taken to her Instagram and wrote, “It’s neither Pyaar, nor PR. our Bhediya just went a little too wild on a reality show. And his fun banter lead to some Howl-arious rumours. Before some portal announces my wedding date-let me burst your bubble. The rumours are ABSOLUTELY baseless!”
