The search for a home in Mumbai by Bollywood star Kartik Aaryan is over. The actor is moving into Shahid Kapoor’s flat in Juhu. He moved out of the residence in September of last year with his wife Mira Kapoor and his two children, Misha and Zain, to a luxurious duplex overlooking the Bandra-Worli sea connection.
Shahid is charging Kartik Rs 7.5 lakh for his residence, which has a total area of 3,681 square feet (including the ground floor, basement, and two parking spots). According to the lease documents shown on zapkey.com, the rent will increase by 7% annually. He must fork up Rs 8.02 lakh in 2024, and another Rs 8.58 lakh in 2025. Kartik reportedly put down Rs 45 lakh as collateral, and the agreement was signed by Mira and Kartik’s mom, Mala Tiwari, according to a Hindustan Times story.
For the sake of their children’s privacy, Shahid and Mira reportedly left their Juhu home. In fact, the actor had already purchased the home before he and Mira were married.
Kartik, his mom, and his sister all live in Juhu at the moment. After the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, the actor had an exciting 2022. This actor was only recently seen in the film Freddy. He is also a co-producer on the new film, Shehzada. The official release date of the film is slated for February 10, 2023. Kartik’s filmography includes not just Aashiqui 3, but also Satyaprem Ki Katha and an unnamed film by Kabir Khan.
