The comedian’s old tweets have resurfaced and become a topic of discussion on social media platforms after the comedian has recently been hired by a banking and financial services company for a new campaign.
People are questioning the decision to hire him, especially after the #MeToo movement.

In this old tweet posted on May 12, 2023, Tanmay Bhat wrote,

Reacting to this, Kangana wrote,

She added,

Years ago when #MeToo movement hit India, Tanmay Bhat found himself in big trouble as his name was also involved in it. Later on, Bhat had stepped down from the post of CEO of AIB. He also said the company’s YouTube channel is
“dead for the foreseeable future”.
