The legal struggle between Nawazuddin and Aaliya Siddiqui continues. They are embroiled in a bitter legal dispute that has just turned for the worse. Aaliya Siddiqui uploaded a video to YouTube a few days ago in which she discussed the filing of a rape complaint the day before.
Aaliya also claims that Nawazuddin and his family were attempting to take away his children. Shora and Yaani Siddiqui are their children with parents Nawazuddin and Aaliya Siddiqui. Further information on Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been revealed by his brother, Shamas Siddiqui. He claims that the star of Tiku Weds Sheru often abandons his commitments. Shamas also addressed rumors that Nawaz had disavowed his son.
The issue between Nawazuddin and Aaliya Siddiqui has made daily headlines in the Entertainment News. And now we have heard from Shamas Siddiqui, who has told his side of the tale. According to Shamas, Nawaz stopped working on Bole Chudiyan when he was hired as the director.
To his brother’s chagrin, Nawaz remained uncooperative until he was paid. In the end, Shamas admitted that he never intended Nawaz to be employed at Bole Chudiyan. It was inevitable, he thought, that their professional disagreements would lead to a breakdown in their relationship.
Afterwards, Shamas said that Nawaz had ordered his relatives to cut off all communication with him and his children. The family complied as well. Asma Siddiqui, his other sibling, told him the same thing. While Nawaz acknowledges receiving assistance from his siblings during a property dispute, Shamas says that Nawaz never assisted any of his brothers with their jobs.
Shamas told Etimes in an interview that Asma had filed many lawsuits against Nawazuddin. Shamas’s roommate Asma resides in the city of Dehradun. Asma allegedly sued Nawaz for check fraud when he failed to pay back a loan.
According to Aaliya Siddiqui, Nawazuddin and his family no longer acknowledge him as a member of their family. Nawaz’s mother was accused of labelling her son an “illegitimate child.” Shamas said that despite what his mother may have shouted in anger, Nawaz does not disavow his son.
