Haryana-based pharmaceutical company Mits Healthcare has chosen to express its appreciation for its employees’ dedication and hard work by gifting them cars as pre-Diwali bonuses.
The company fondly refers to its employees as stars and celebrities, recognizing their pivotal role in the company’s success. MK Bhatia, the owner and director of Mits Healthcare, emphasized the employees’ commitment, integrity, and trustworthiness as the driving force behind this generous gesture.
He revealed that 12-star employees have already received cars, and an additional 38 will be presented with cars soon.
Bhatia further highlighted the company’s ethos of considering every employee as a celebrity, fostering a culture of recognition and appreciation.
Surprisingly, some employees who received the cars don’t even know how to drive, showcasing the unexpected nature of this gift. One of the recipients, Shilpa, expressed her happiness and gratitude for having her dream fulfilled after eight years of service.
Mits Healthcare specializes in manufacturing a wide range of pharmaceutical products, including general, critical care, orthopedics, gynecology, dermatology, cosmeceuticals, and cardio diabetic-related items.
In a separate heartwarming gesture, a tea estate owner in Tamil Nadu, P Sivakumar, presented Royal Enfield motorcycles as Diwali bonuses to a select group of his 627 employees.
This thoughtful gesture extended to managers, supervisors, storekeepers, cashiers, field staff, and drivers. The employees were deeply appreciative of this unexpected and remarkable gift, expressing their gratitude for the owner’s generosity and the collective teamwork that made it possible.
