Isha Ambani, the daughter of Indian billionaire Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, is spearheading seven major brands within Reliance Retail, showcasing her remarkable journey as a successful entrepreneur.
Born on October 23, 1991, in Mumbai, Isha Ambani received her education at Dhirubhai Ambani International School before pursuing a degree in psychology at Yale University. Subsequently, she furthered her education at Stanford Graduate School of Business, earning an MBA.
Commencing her professional career at McKinsey & Company in New York, Isha gained invaluable experience in the international market. However, in 2014, she returned to India and joined her father’s ventures, Jio and Reliance Retail, as a Director, also taking charge of the Reliance Foundation. Her pivotal role contributed significantly to the successful launch of Jio’s 4G telecom service in 2016.
Isha’s strategic branding and marketing expertise played a crucial role in Jio’s remarkable entry into India’s telecom industry. Recognizing her talents, she was subsequently elevated to senior positions within Reliance Industries Limited.
