In a recent incident, a Bengaluru resident expressed intense dissatisfaction with Tata Motors after receiving a defective Tata Nexon car, valued at Rs 18.5 lakhs. The frustrated customer, Sharath Kumar, took to social media to slam the automotive giant for what he perceived as a lapse in quality.

Despite vehicle registration in his name, Kumar labeled Prerana Motors as the “worst dealer of Tata Motors” due to their handling of the situation. Dissatisfied with the response from both the dealer and Tata Motors, he voiced his disappointment, stating that they showed little interest in providing a replacement or a refund.

Taking to Instagram to share his grievances, Kumar revealed that the proposed resolution from Tata Motors and the dealer involved accepting the repaired vehicle with a two-year extended warranty. Unwilling to settle for this option, Kumar urged others to be cautious and shared his frustration with the lack of acknowledgment of the mistake by the company and the dealership.
