    Ayushmann’s ‘An Action Hero’ Premiers On Netflix, Fans Say They Regret Not Watching It In Theatres

    The much-anticipated release of An Action Hero on OTT features Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat. The Anirudh Iyer action-comedy thriller debuted on December 2 to favourable reviews but underwhelming box office results.
    At the beginning of the film, several R.A.W. officers are shown entering an investigation room, where they find a shackled Maanav doing some light stretching. When asked about “Katkar,” Maanav thinks back on his time with Vicky and Bhoora Solanki, and the film shifts to a flashback.
    Maanav, a well-known actor, is often cast as the film’s protagonist. His next film is set to be shot in Mandothi, Haryana, so he makes the trip there. Vicky Solanki, a would-be strongman politician standing in the current municipal elections, is eager to meet with Maanav in order to get an edge. However, Maanav is too preoccupied with filming to pay heed. The arrival of his brand-new Ford Mustang distracts him, and he goes for a lengthy drive just before he is scheduled to visit Vicky.
    On the other hand, Vicky is constantly harassing and mistreating him. An enraged Maanav pushes Vicky, who trips over a stone and is hit in the head and neck. The end of his life came quickly.
    The film’s score was composed by Tanishk Bagchi, Biddu, Parag Chhabra, and Amar Jalal. Action Hero Theme was written by Parag Chhabra, and the score was orchestrated by Sunny M.R.
    The 2019 single Jehda Nasha is based on the song Nasha, which was written by the Amar Jalal Group, composed by Faridkot, Amar Jal, and featured the vocal talents of IP Singh and Amar Jalal.
