Shah Rukh Khan’s recent release Pathaan has been successful in reviving Bollywood from the curse of continuous flops. The film has grossed over Rs 700 crores globally and is moving towards Rs 400 crores domestically. Amid the box-office success, SRK is parallelly receiving compliments from renowned celebs and popular personalities from abroad as well.
World-renowned author Paulo Coelho who is known for his amazing works such as ‘ The Alchemist’ came up with an appreciation tweet for SRK
Almost every one of us has read or heard about the popular book, ‘The Alchemist’; it is Paulo Coelho’s creation. For SRK, the author took to Twitter and wrote,
“King. Legend. Friend. But above all GREAT ACTOR ( for those who don’t know him in the West, I strongly suggest “My name is Khan- and I am not a terrorist”).”

From being in a school play with SRK to playing a pilot in his film Pathaan, actor Keith Sequeira also talked about Pathaan and said ‘life has come into a full circle’.
He told India Today,
“It goes without saying it is a dream for any actor to be a part of a project like that. Shah Rukh was also an elder from my school (St. Columba’s School). I remember as a kid, I did a play with him. I was like a tiny kid coming full circle. Even there, it was a small part and Shah Rukh was The Wizzard Of Oz. I remember from back then. (I thought) one day, I will do something in his film also. And then I got to know I was going to do this (Pathaan).”
Popular Confectionary brand Amul recently paid tribute to SRK’s return to cinema after a hiatus of four years since Zero (2018).
They shared their iconic doodle featuring animated versions of SRK and Deepika with texts written on it as “Jhoome Jo Makhan!” and “Puth Aan Bread”. While sharing the now-viral doodle, they wrote, “#Amul Topical: The Badshah of Bollywood makes comeback with a blockbuster!” See the doodle here:-
Other than SRK, Pathaan also featured Deepika Padukone, John Abraham, Dimple Kapadia, and Ashutosh Rana in prominent roles. Directed by Sidharth Anand, the film is a YRF production.
