Well, recently, the Chairman of the Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra took to his Twitter and shared a viral funny picture, that has been making rounds on the internet. Actually, this picture is of hoarding on the road, on which the maker of the hoarding intentionally or unintentionally has mixed Hindi into English or vice-versa to form a sentence, that has turned out to be hilarious.
In the picture he shared, it is written: “English स्पीकना सीखें” which is wrong English and Hindi. Instead of “English स्पीकना सीखें” it should be “इंग्लिश बोलना सीखें” on the hoarding. Anand Mahindra, who is known for finding good in everything, has found a positive side in this hilarious image as well.
Sharing the picture, Anand Mahindra expressed how only Indians have the power to mix things up and create unique things. He also heaped praises on the beauty of languages, that are fluid and ever-evolving. He wrote:
“Funny. But with the recent furore on social media about Hindi, it has a more more interesting message: Languages are fluid, ever-evolving and there are no better people than Indians to mix them all up and create unique new ones!”
