Thanks to the GPS and Google Maps, for making travelling easier than ever. From giving us direction or route to giving us an idea of which route should be avoided for being crowded or having traffic jam which saves our time and all makes it very easier for us to travel.

However, there are a few flaws as well which makes it very problematic for users to understand directions when there is a flyover or multi-directional flyovers. Many times we have to take a u-turn because of taking the flyover we weren’t suppose to.

The same happened with a twitter user named, Kartik Arora, who faced a similar situation took to his twitter and he tweeted to Google Maps in an epic manner.

Here, have a look at his tweet :

Dear @Google

Itne badhiya maps banaye, chota sa feature aur daal dete ki saaf saaf bolde flyover par chadhna hai ya neeche se jaana hai. 5 inch ke screen par aadhe milimetre ka deflection Kahan se dekhe aadmi?

Yours Truly,

2km aage se U Turn leta hua aadmi”

Which roughly translates to :

Such nice maps have been made, a small feature should also have been added for clearly telling whether to take the flyover or not. Deflection of half milimetre is not clearly visible on the 5-inch screen.
Yours truly,
A person who is taking U-turn after driving 2 kms.”

The tweet went super viral in no time on twitter and the Twitterati also started sharing their own experiences. Here, have a look at some of the reactions of twitterati :

Hilarious isn’t it? However, what surprised everyone was the poetic response of Google India. Yes, Google India responded to the tweet with an epic reply and we just loved their attitude towards the customer.

Here, have a look at the tweet of Google India :

The tweet read:
Shukar manate hain aap jaise users ka, jo humein sahi raah dikhaate hain. Behtar bante jaane ka yeh safar rukega nahin, mere humsafar.”

Amazing isn’t it? Kudos to Google India for such an apt reply and attitude.
