A video of a Swiggy Instamart delivery person stealing shoes is spreading widely on social media. The incident happened on April 9 in Gurugram, where the delivery person was caught taking black shoes left outside an apartment. The CCTV footage was shared by a user named Rohit Arora, who complained that Swiggy did not provide the delivery person’s contact details.

He also claimed that the shoes that were stolen was from Nike. He wrote on X, “Swiggy’s drop and PICK up service. A delivery boy just took my friend’s shoes (Nike) and they won’t even share his contact.”
The CCTV footage revealed that after delivering the order, the delivery person checked to see if anyone was nearby. He then untied the towel from his head, wiped his face, and quickly took the shoes that were left behind.

The video went insanely viral on social media and sparked reactions from the netizens. The video also caught the attention of Swiggy company, who were quick to come up with a reply to the Tweet.
“Hey Rohit, we expect better from our delivery partners. Do meet us on DM, so we can assist you better,” Swiggy replied.
As the video gained traction, users on X also commented on the CCTV footage. Some users criticized the company, while others made jokes about the incident.
