R Madhavan Revealed His Wife’s Epic Reaction After Watching ‘Shaitaan’ Trailer
Madhavan revealed that even his wife was shocked by his look in the movie, saying she now sees him differently and expects the film to be unsettling.
During the trailer launch of the upcoming film, Madhavan said, “I clearly remember that when I showed this trailer and picture to my wife, she started looking at me in a different way altogether. Today, she told me that I maintain my distance while speaking to her. So, I think, this film has impacted my personal life to a certain level.”

During the trailer launch event, he talked about why he decided to play such a challenging role. He was surprised by his own skill to make people feel scared. The actor famous for his role of Maddy in “Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein” was surprised by the amount of scary scenes in the movie. He confessed that he didn’t anticipate scaring audiences or testing his limits so much.
Ajay Devgn announced ‘Shaitaan’ earlier this year. It’s produced by Jio Studios, Devgn Films, and Panorama Studios and directed by Vikas Bahl. The movie is produced by Ajay Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, Kumar Mangat Pathak, and Abhishek Pathak. ‘Shaitaan’ marks Jyotika’s return to Bollywood after 25 years since her debut in 1997 with ‘Doli Saja Ke Rakhna’. It’s set to release on March 8, 2024.
