The 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League ended on a great note for the MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings as they lifted their 4th IPL trophy. However, the season turned out to be even more special for the Chennai Super Kings’ cricketer Deepak Chahar.
India and CSK bowler Deepak Chahar proposed to his girlfriend Jaya Bharadwaj after an encounter between CSK v Punjab Kings (PBKS) match in Abu Dhabi in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL 2021) tournament in UAE.
Though CSK had lost that game by Punjab Kings, but Deepak Chahar had stolen all the limelight after went down on one knee and proposed to Jaya after the match and she said YES!
Deepak walked to the stands immediately after the conclusion of the game, to propose to his girlfriend, who was present in the stands alongwith the family of other players to watch the match. Chahar put a ring on his girlfriend’s finger and the couple was all smiles as everyone celebrated their engagement.
Later on, Deepak took to his Twitter and shared a video of the beautiful moment.

Soon, social media was flooded with congratulatory messages and wishes for the CSK player. His sister Malti Chahar also took to her social media to congratulate Deepak Chahar and his fiance.
