Bollywood actresses Kangana Ranaut and Taapsee Pannu have often indulged in a war of words, especially on the micro-blogging site Twitter. Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli Chandel, have often taken a jibe on Taapsee Pannu.
From calling Taapsee a ‘sasti copy’ of Kangana to leaving mean comments on Taapsee Pannu’s social media posts, the Ranaut sisters never leave any opportunity to slam Taapsee. Recently, Kangana was at it again as Taapsee’s recent comments didn’t go down well with her.
Well, Kangana Ranaut, who used to give her opinion on various matters, was banned from Twitter after her tweets related to Bengal elections and post-poll violence didn’t go down well with the Twitter management. As a result, the Queen actress was banned from the micro-blogging site.
Recently, in an interview with Hindustan Times, Taapsee was asked whether she misses the presence of Kangana Ranaut on the micro-blogging site. Responding to this, Taapsee expressed that she never wanted Kangana Ranaut’s presence around her in the first place, even before the actress was banned from Twitter. She also claimed that Kangana is irrelevant for her. She said:
“No, I don’t miss her. I didn’t miss her, or want her, also before. She’s too irrelevant for me, in my personal life. She’s an actor, she’s a colleague in that respect. But more than that, she doesn’t hold any relevance in my life. I don’t have any feelings for her, good or bad. And I think hate and love both come from the heart. If you hate someone, it comes from the heart. But the worst is when you don’t care, when you’re indifferent towards that person, when that person doesn’t hold any value or relevance in your life. I think that’s the worst feeling a person can have for the other. And that is that, so it doesn’t matter to me.”
Meanwhile, Kangana Ranaut has now finally reacted to Taapsee Pannu’s recent comments about her. Taking to her Instagram stories, Kangana slammed Taapsee Pannu by saying that she ‘begs’ producers for films rejected by Kangana. She wrote:
“She calls producers and begs kangana ji ne kuch chhoda hai toh mujhe dedo please, aur aaj iski aukat dekho, jo kabhi gareeb producer ki Kangana kehlane mein bhi proud feel karti thi… aaj mujhe he irrelevant keh rahi hai ha ha insaan aur uski fitrat ajeeb hai (She calls producers and begs them to give her any films I turned down, and look at her today. She was once proud to be called the Kangana for poor producers and today, she calls me irrelevant. Haha, people and their strange nature) anyway all the best with your film girl @tapaseepannu try promoting it without my name,”
