Ever since pop sensation, Rihanna extended her support to the ongoing farmers’ protest, social media is divided into two parts – one supporting it and the other in opposition. A while ago Bollywood celebrities and cricketers took to their social media and tweeted on Indian policies asking his fans to stay united.
Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar took to his social media and led the ‘India-together’ drive by posting a tweet in solidarity with the government. In his tweet, he urged the citizens to not pay attention to anyone trying to create differences. He wrote:
“Farmers constitute an extremely important part of our country. And the efforts being undertaken to resolve their issues are evident. Let’s support an amicable resolution, rather than paying attention to anyone creating differences. Folded hands#IndiaTogether #IndiaAgainstPropaganda”
