What’s surprising is that Malaika Arora’s mother, Joyce Polycarp, can also be seen sitting inside the same car. Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora were married for 19 years before they parted ways. They got married in 1998 but announced their separation in March 2016. Their divorce was finalized in May 2017. Despite their separation, they maintain a co-parenting relationship for their son, Arhaan.
Malaika has spoken about the challenges she faced during her divorce from Arbaaz, mentioning how she had to deal with ridicule and scrutiny regarding her decision to end their marriage.
“When I decided to get divorced, I don’t think there were too many women in the industry getting divorced and moving on. I felt, for me, for my personal growth, my choice, I had to feel okay within if I had to make my kid happy and make my kid flourish in his space. So, that’s what I did,” she told Pinkvilla.
Arbaaz Khan has moved on and is now married to Sshura Khan, with their wedding taking place in December 2023. The ceremony, known as nikah, was held at Arpita Khan’s residence, attended by Salman Khan and their family. Meanwhile, Malaika Arora is in a relationship with Arjun Kapoor.
