Elvish Yadav, known for winning Bigg Boss as a wildcard contestant, is back in the news, but this time for the wrong reasons. He’s caught up in a public feud with another YouTuber named Maxtern, and their fight video is gaining attention on social media.
Elvish faced legal action from the Gurugram Police on Friday evening after assaulting fellow YouTuber Sagar Thakur. Reports indicate that the police filed a First Information Report (FIR) against Yadav at Sector 53 in Gurugram under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including sections 147, 149, 323, and 506.

The situation escalated when Elvish Yadav attacked Maxtern in response to constant provocation and taunting. Maxtern had reportedly been mocking Elvish Yadav on social media, leading to their physical altercation.
Maxtern (Sagar Thakur) initially invited Elvish to discuss some misunderstandings, but the situation quickly escalated into a physical altercation. The conflict between them started with verbal arguments, which escalated into a physical confrontation after Elvish decided to meet Maxtern in person.

In the video, Yadav walks into a room and immediately approaches Maxtern, launching into punches and kicks. Other individuals with Yadav also join in, assaulting Maxtern. They throw him to the ground, hurling verbal abuse, and relentlessly striking him with punches and slaps. Maxtern admitted to sustaining a lip injury and some minor injuries during the fight.
