As per the reports, the actor increased his salary by INR 1 crore to what he used to charge after the success of his movie Padmaavat. The actor charged 10 crores for the Sanjay Leela Bhansali movie. Later after the massive success of Kabir Singh, he increased his fees again.
2. Vicky Kaushal:
There isn’t any doubt to the fact that URI: The Surgical Strikes gave the much-needed boost to Vicky Kaushal’s career in Bollywood. The movie turned out to be one of the biggest hits of 2019. Later after he won the National Award for the movie, he admitted that he increased his salary for his future projects. He also increased his endorsement fees to Rs 2-3 crore
3. Ranbir Kapoor:
Ranbir Kapoor’s performance in the movie Sanju won him many awards and praises. The actor doubled his fees post the success of Sanju. He increased his endorsement fees from Rs 3 to 6 crore.
4. Ranveer Singh:
Ranveer Singh charged INR 10 crore for his role in the movie Padmaavat. The actor increased his fee per movie after the success of the movie. As per a report by FPJ, Ranveer Singh has charged Rs. 13 crores for his upcoming movie ’83.
5. Deepika Padukone:
Deepika is the highest-paid actress in Bollywood. The actress has given many memorable performances throughout her career, however, it was after the success of Padmaavat, when Deepika increased her fees. As per HT, the actress has charged INR 14 crores for her upcoming movie ’83.
6. Ayushmann Khurrana:
Ayushmann is one of the most versatile and talented actors of Bollywood. He has worked in many offbeat movies based on social topics and debatable issues. However, it was after the success of Dream Girl, that the actor decided to increase his acting fees. As per the reports, Ayushmann increased his salary by 8 crores, going from INR 2 crores to 10 crores.
7. Kartik Aaryan:
Kartik Aaryan, the actor who stole everyone’s heart with his monologue in Pyaar Ka Punchnama. After the success of Sonu Ki Titu Ki Sweety, he raised his salary to INR 7 crore.
8. Kangana Ranaut:
Kangana Ranaut’s Queen turned out to be a blockbuster hit. Her performance in the movie received praises from all corners. She also won a National Award for her role in the film. After the movie, the actress increased her salary and as per the report by HT, she will receive a sum of INR 24 crore for the upcoming movie Thalaivi.
9. Priyanka Chopra:
Priyanka Chopra made a stunning comeback in Bollywood with the movie The Sky Is Pink after a long break. As per the reports by the Asian Age, Priyanka took a share of the profits, which would be a lot more than her usual fees.
10. Varun Dhawan:
After the success of Judwaa 2, Varun Dhawan increased his fee. As per a report by Deccan Chronicle, Varun increased his salary to Rs. 25 crores per movie.
