A video has surfaced on social media showing a Zomato delivery agent allegedly stealing a food package from a customer’s doorstep in Bengaluru after delivering an order.
The footage, shared by Aditya Kalra, captures the delivery man completing the delivery and then taking another food package that was left outside the door.

Responding to Kalra’s post, another user remarked,
“Not uncommon though… regularly happens with the early morning delivery companies such as BBDaily and MilkBasket as well.”
In response, Zomato apologized for the incident and assured that strict actions would be taken against those involved.

They also requested Kalra to provide them with the order details via direct message for a prompt investigation.
