A recent incident in Noida has drawn attention, where a Swiggy delivery boy was caught on camera stealing shoes left outside a house while delivering an order. The theft was recorded on CCTV on September 17, showing the delivery boy picking up a pair of sneakers from a shoe rack outside the residence.
The camera, installed at the house, captured the entire act, which lasted about 5 seconds. In the 18-second video, the delivery boy, seen wearing a Swiggy-branded T-shirt and helmet, selects a pair of shoes from the rack and places them in his bag before leaving.

Following a formal complaint from the victim, the local police have launched an investigation. The Sector-113 police station has been directed to thoroughly probe the incident and take appropriate action.
The video was shared on social media by user @SachinGuptaUP, with the caption: “Shoes kept outside the flat were stolen. The Swiggy delivery boy may have had some compulsion.” Since its posting, the video has garnered numerous views and reactions. The incident has sparked discussions online, raising concerns about the security of personal belongings during deliveries.
