Shraddha Kapoor recently opened up about why she hasn’t yet worked with Bollywood’s three Khans—Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan—despite her successful career.
In an interview with Shubhankar Mishra on his YouTube podcast Unplugged, the Stree 2 actress explained that although she has been offered roles alongside these superstars, she hasn’t found a character or role that truly excites her as an artist.
Shraddha Kapoor emphasized her commitment to choosing projects that challenge her and are in line with her passion for good storytelling.
“Many times, you are offered a film, but if you feel the character isn’t exciting enough or the role doesn’t challenge the artiste in you, then you let go of that role. I’m very clear about the kind of work that I choose.”
She expressed her desire to be part of films with compelling narratives and strong directorial visions.
“I want to be part of good films, engaging films with good stories, work with good directors, and do good work. If the by-product of all of this is the opportunity to work with good actors or huge stars, I’m happy to say yes to it.”
If these opportunities lead to working with renowned actors or major stars, she would be happy to accept.
As she continues to celebrate the success of Stree 2, which has already grossed around Rs. 400 crore worldwide, Shraddha has also achieved a personal milestone by becoming the third most-followed Indian on Instagram, surpassing Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
