Babil Khan has set a high bar for humility among star kids, making anything less than a gracious demeanor in front of the media seem inadequate.
While Babil is redefining how a celebrity’s child should interact with the press, a recent video that starkly contrasts with his modesty has surfaced.
The footage shows Taimur Ali Khan, the eight-year-old son of Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, reportedly shouting at the paparazzi and saying “Band Kar Saaala” something.
Though the exact words are unclear, many viewers have speculated that Taimur was using abusive language towards the media, prompting criticism of his parents’ approach to parenting. Comparisons were drawn to Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia D’Souza’s children, who are often seen greeting the media warmly.
One user remarked, “Riteish Deshmukh’s children have good manners; perhaps others should learn from them.”
Another comment read, “This incident highlights how parents should discuss the media privately.”
A third user contrasted the behavior, saying, “On one side, we have Riteish Deshmukh’s kids, and on the other, this bad behavior.”
However, some defended the Khan family, suggesting that people should cut the young child some slack.
One defender commented, “He’s just a child repeating what he’s heard… Stop criticizing a little kid.”
Another added, “He said ‘saara,’ not ‘saala.’ Stop spreading false information.”
Past Incidents of Pataudi’s
This isn’t the first time the Pataudi family has faced media-related issues. Previously, Saif Ali Khan was seen reacting angrily to the media, sarcastically telling them to ‘follow to their bedroom’ as they tried to photograph his family.
Neither Kareena nor Saif has yet addressed this latest incident, but it has reignited discussions about the behavior of star kids and their interactions with the media.
