Navjot Singh Sidhu is set to make his long-awaited return to The Great Indian Kapil Show after five years. The former cricketer will be featured in an upcoming episode of the popular Netflix show, as revealed in a newly released promo.
In the teaser, Sidhu is seen sitting in the judge’s chair, causing a surprised reaction from Archana Puran Singh. Kapil Sharma humorously quips that Archana seems to have had a makeover to resemble Sidhu, but Sidhu quickly clears up the confusion, confirming it’s really him. Archana, bewildered by the turn of events, steps onto the stage and asks Kapil to intervene, saying, “Kapil, please tell Sardar Sahab to vacate my seat. He’s taken my spot.” Harbhajan Singh, who is also a guest in the episode, playfully supports Sidhu, asserting that no one could truly replace him.

Despite the humorous twist, Sidhu is not returning as a judge but will appear as a guest on the show. Joining him will be his wife, Navjot, along with Harbhajan Singh and his wife, actress Geeta Basra.
This episode follows a recent appearance featuring Infosys founder Narayana Murthy and his wife Sudha Murthy, along with Zomato founder Deepinder Goyal and his wife Grecia (Gia).
