Vikas Khanna’s Bungalow is a special project, a tribute to his late sister Radhika Khanna, who played a key role in its inception before her passing in 2022. The restaurant is inspired by India’s vintage clubhouses and the name “Bungalow” comes from the Bengali word “Bangla.” It celebrates India’s history, culture, and cuisine while being miles away from the country.
What are your thoughts on the Ambani family’s warm welcome at Vikas Khanna’s restaurant?
