In a video circulating online, the man was seen dressed in a bra and dancing in Panipat’s busy Insar Market. His actions drew sharp criticism from locals and shopkeepers, who accused him of behaving obscenely in front of women and families present in the area.
The situation escalated when shopkeepers intervened, reportedly thrashing the man for his inappropriate behavior. A video of the confrontation shows a shopkeeper grabbing the man, slapping him, and shouting expletives while the individual pleaded to be let go.
