The reporter was actually praising the filmmakers for their work, including the film Shahid, but the audience’s reaction, knowing Kareena’s past relationship with Shahid Kapoor, led to some teasing and hooting. Kareena Kapoor Khan’s past relationship with Shahid Kapoor was well-known in the early 2000s.
