The latest season of ‘Bigg Boss OTT 3,’ now hosted by Anil Kapoor instead of Salman Khan, has quickly made headlines since its debut on Jio Cinema. The cast includes notable names like Ranvir Shorey, Chandrika Gera Dixit, Sana Makbul, Shivani Kumari, Vishal Pandey, Shobaa De, among others. On the very first day, a significant argument erupted between Ranvir Shorey and Chandrika Gera Dixit over food distribution.
According to ETimes, the argument arose during a discussion about breakfast options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
Chandrika suggested non-vegetarians could have eggs while vegetarians could eat poha.
Ranvir disagreed, stating he wanted both vegetarian food and eggs. This led to further disagreement, with contestants Sai Ketan Rao and Poulomi Das also voicing that two eggs were insufficient for breakfast.
In a promo video released by Jio Cinema, Ranvir is seen arguing that non-vegetarians cannot subsist solely on chicken and eggs. The conflict escalated when Ranvir told Chandrika that being vegetarian was her choice, not his problem, and that she could eat eggs if she wanted. Chandrika responded by explaining her limited options as a vegetarian. Chandrika said,
“I can’t eat eggs and vegetarian food has very limited options. You have to understand that.”
