There are so many celebrities who never fails to give us some major inspiration and fitness goals with their workout sessions and stunning bodies. However, today, in this article we aren’t going to talk about any celebrity but an ordinary man who is giving us some major inspiration with his transformation.

Today, we are going to share the story of Nainesh Chainani, the guy who proved if you are determined you can achieve anything in life and not just a perfect body. Nainesh belongs to a typical Sindhi family and like every normal Sindhi family his diet was really messed up and normally it consisted of oily food, ghee and cheese with many sugary dishes.

And to add more to that, his inactive lifestyle added more weight to his body. He tried loosing weight a lot of times but he would fail miserably and used to gain weight again. However, he was yet to achieve something big.

A historic incident took place in his life which was an eye-opener for Nainesh and since then, he has never looked back. The incident that happened with him could have shattered anyone else but he took it positively and started his weight reduction journey.

Due to his weight and appearance, his parents once didn’t allow him to attend his cousin’s wedding as they never wanted anyone to make fun of their son. This incident gave him a major shock and turned his life upside down.

In 2014, Nainesh was 136 kilos and now he is just 64.5 kilos, losing 71.5 kilos since then. Yes, you read that right, he reduced 71.5 Kilos and his transformation might make your jaw drop with shock.

To make it happen, e started with 40 minutes of walk for 5 days in a week and later on increased the time duration till he ran a 21-km half marathon. According to him,  if you want to lose weight, you should be well-equipped to keep a track of your regime and for that you need to have n accurate weighing scale, maintain a book of goals and statistics and keep track of your activities in Activity Tracker.

Just to let you know, whenever he is in the gym, he never uses his phone and doesn’t like socializing as well. His focus is only on his own workout. Apart from this,  is also very strict about his diet and proper sleep but he has his cheat days on Sunday and likes whatever he wants to on that day.

Nainesh also have a couple of advices for the people who are on their weight loss journey, he advises to click pictures of yourself every now and then, in order to keep the check on the progress made by you. And also :

“Stay consistent with your efforts, results will show up sooner or later, just keep pushing. Never quit before trying and trying means giving in everything you’ve got.”
