Raveena Tondon Gives A Cracking Reply To Swara Bhaskar’s Open Letter

Padmaavat, the movie released on 25th January after crossing all the hurdles on it’s way and since then there was a storm of appreciation and good wishes for the director of the movie, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and the leading actors, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor.

Since, the beginning of this movie, Padmaavat has faced a hell lot of controversies that any movie would have faced. From violent protests, to burning the vehicles to throwing stones at the moving vehicles, this movie has gone through hell and back. However, the movie was banned in several parts of the country but it still managed to be a Blockbuster hit. Audience is showering their love on this movie directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

However, while the world is not getting enough of appraising the leading stars and the movie, Swara Bhaskar wrote an open letter to slam the director of the movie.

While many celebrities and Twitterattis took stand against Swara Bhaskar for misunderstanding and twisting everything, the co-writers of the movie wrote an open letter to the actress and slammed her by telling her the actual meaning of Feminism.

Ahead of this, Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon also took stand in favor of the movie and slammed Swara Bhaskar for her in-sensible letter. Here’s what she tweeted:

“Lots more stories of hell unleashed by “Mankind” ! this is NOT the 13th century, she should’ve agreed to be a sex slave wonder why she burnt herself? (sarcasm) can a 21st-century world help these women #swarabhaskar,”

Apart from this, Raveena Tandon also shared a story where a Yazidi Girl burned herself to make herself unattractive to the men after she was sold eight times by ISIS and was raped a 100 times in 10 months. Here’s what she tweeted:
